Dan Perez is an award-winning filmmaker & video producer based in South Florida. Born & raised in New York City (da Bronx), Dan relocated his family to South Florida in 2003. After a successful career in sales & marketing in the Catering/Special Event industry, Dan started Dan’s Video Creations in 2006 and launched Dan Perez Films in the Spring of 2008 after completing his very first documentary film, the award-winning The Motivator: The Business of Selling Hope.

Dan has produced videos for Miami Children's Hospital, Harley Davidson, Baptist Health South Florida, Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce, United Way of Miami Dade, and Tripp Scott Law Offices, to name a few. Dan's documentary films have won awards at film festivals, even taking home the "Best Florida Film" award at the 2010 Sunscreen Film Festival for his Miami Hip-Hop film P.A.T.H. His latest film, V.A.C.C. Camp: Camp "Can-Do" premiered at the 2012 Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival.
