So, if you tuned in yesterday, you would have known that I was selected as one of 40 South Florida filmmakers in the South Florida PBS “Film·Maker Project” which connects talented local filmmakers from the Keys to the Treasure Coast and allows them to reach an audience of over 6.3 million.
My award-winning short documentary film “Angels with Shoes” will screen this week, Tuesday February 20 @ 7:30pm and Thursday, February 22nd @ 5:30pm on WPBT South Florida PBS. Happy for that. The good folks at WPBT also invited all selected filmmakers into the their studios for a Q&A session called “9 Questions in 90 Seconds”.
So, without further ado, I present you with my mostly rambling, mumbling and occasionally coherent segment where I give props to my wife Madelyn (she was my inspiration for making the film), Nicklaus Children’s Hospital (where the idea for this film began), Ridley Scott’s “Blade Runner” and cinematographer Roger Deakins, along with my own fantastic observations on filmmaking. Thankfully, it’s only 90 seconds…
Tune in for my film “Angels with Shoes” this week on WPBT South Florida PBS…
