Here’s the latest in a series of video interviews I’ve been producing for Fort Lauderdale based law firm Tripp Scott over the past 14+ years. Phil Purcell, President/CEO of the Marine Industries Association of South Florida (MIASF), sits down with Tripp Scott CEO Ed Pozzuoli to discuss the return of the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show and its economic impact on South Florida (it’s bigger than the Super Bowl!).
Originally founded in 1959 by local manufacturers and dealers looking for a way to sell boats (the first show was attended by only 13 exhibitors!), the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show celebrated its 62nd anniversary late last month in a city that has become world-renowned as the “Yachting Capital of the World.” Presently, the FLIBS draws approximately 120.000 visitors, 1.700 yachts and 1.400 exhibitors.
For Tripp Scott, these videos are one of the most effective ways of maintaining close communication with their clients and subscribers. By featuring interviews with business and community leaders, Tripp Scott deliver compelling content targeted for their audience and establish themselves as a leader in their industry.
