Honeyvoid: “Icarus” (Live)

I don’t do a whole lot of music videos but when I stumbled upon South Florida’s own Honeyvoid, their dynamic lead singer Sammy Jo, and their excellent debut album, I felt compelled to reach out to the band and explore the possibilities of working together. Part one of that process is this live acoustic performance video I shot and edited of their original song “Icarus”. There is more to come, including a short documentary story about the band and Sammy Jo’s battle with addiction and depression, so stay tuned.
