Video of the Week: "Drive-By Shootings" by Photographer David Bradford

Meet New York City cabbie and photographer David Bradford. He started driving a taxi in 1990 as a freelance illustrator hoping to find more freedom for independent projects. Bradford soon found himself taking pictures from his cab to utilize as reference for his drawings. Ten years of shooting the city culminated in the book "Drive-By Shootings", which was published in June of 2000 to critical acclaim and commercial success.

His second book, "Back Seat Book", was published in 2006 and captures the breadth of humanity that can pass through the back seat of a New York City taxi. This short video, produced by NewYork.com, takes a look at the world's greatest city through the eyes of its most creative cabbie.
